Add an IVR Menu Group

Admin Guide


  1. From the Admin Portal, select the Phone System tab.
  2. Click Auto-Receptionist.
  3. Click the IVR Menus tab.
  4. Click New IVR Menu button The Add IVR Menu pop-up appears.
  5. Enter the Extension Number and Extension Name.
  6. Click Save.


The new IVR Menu appears listed under the IVR Menus tab.
