Before you begin
The voicemail preview provides a voicemail text with the essential point of the message. It delivers a text version to your RingCentral mobile or desktop application or via e-mail.
- From the Admin Portal, select the Phone System tab.
- Click Groups.
- Click the Call Queues tab.
- Select an existing Call Queue.
- Click Messages & Notifications.
- Click Voicemail Preview. The Voicemail Preview pop-up appears.
- Select the On or Off button to activate or deactivate Voicemail Preview.
