Before you begin

You can set up call forwarding for other phones to receive incoming calls while you are away from your desk.

Click Ring only my primary phone if you do not require call forwarding.

To specify which additional phones you would like to receive calls:


  1. Click Yes, add phones.
  2. Click Add Additional Phones.
  3. Select phone type and enter a number.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select whether to answer calls Simultaneously or Sequentially (default). For sequential answering, drag and drop the phones in the order they should ring.
  6. Click Save.
