Procedure

  1. From the Admin Portal, select the Phone System tab.
  2. Select Auto-Receptionist.
  3. Click Call Recording.
  4. Move the slider button to the right next to, Enable your users to record calls at any time by pressing (*) (9) on a phone dial pad.
  5. Click Save.
