Before you begin
Admins can edit the following user settings:
- User Details
- Phones & Numbers
- Screening, Greeting & Hold Music
- Call Handling & Forwarding
- Messages & Notifications
- Outbound Caller ID
- Outbound Fax Settings

Administrators access and edit settings through the Users panel.
- From the Admin Portal, select the Users tab.
- Select a user.
On the user’s page, select the category you’d like to edit from the left pane.
