Before you begin

Admins can edit the following user settings:

  • User Details
  • Phones & Numbers
  • Screening, Greeting & Hold Music
  • Call Handling & Forwarding
  • Messages & Notifications
  • Outbound Caller ID
  • Outbound Fax Settings

Administrators access and edit settings through the Users panel.


  1. From the Admin Portal, select the Users tab.
  2. Select a user.
  3. On the user’s page, select the category you’d like to edit from the left pane.
