Before you begin
To select a previously recorded audio prompt, do the following:
- From the Admin Portal, select the Phone System tab.
- Click Auto-Receptionist.
- Click the IVR Menus tab.
- Select an existing IVR Menu. The Extension Info appears.
- Click Prompt. The IVR Prompt pop-up appears.
- Under Prompt mode, select the button next to Audio.
- Click Select from Prompt Library.
- The Select Prompt pop-up appears with a list of pre-uploaded prompts.
- Select the button next to the prompt you’d like to set.
You can listen to your new prompt by dialing into the extension and re-recording it until you are satisfied.
