Add a Shared Lines Group

Admin Guide


  1. From the Admin Portal tab, select Phone System.
  2. Click Groups.
  3. Click the Shared Lines tab.
  4. Click New Shared Line.
  5. The Add Group pop-up appears.
  6. Click the button next to Shared Lines.
  7. The Select Location pop-up appears.
    1. Select Domestic or International.
  8. Click Next.
  9. The Group Info pop-up appears.
  10. Enter an Extension number, Group Name, and Manager Email for the Shared Lines group.
  11. Click Next. The Add Shared Lines pop-up appears.
    1. Select New Phone Number, enter the number of phone lines and select phone numbers.
    2. Select Existing Phone Number and select numbers from your RingCentral numbers.
  12. Click Next.
  13. Follow the prompts to add phone lines, order of phone number and devices.
  14. Click Save.
