Set the Message Recipient

Procedure

  1. From the Admin Portal, select the Phone System tab.
  2. Click Groups.
  3. Click the Call Queues tab.
  4. Select a Call Queue.
  5. Click Messages & Notifications.
  6. Click Message Recipient.
  7. A pop-up will appear with a list of members to receive messages left for this call queue.
  8. Select the button next to the recipient.
  9. Click Done, then click Save.
